The plateau, which is 17 kilometers away from Pozantı District, is spread over a very wide area on both sides of the Adana-Ankara E-90 highway, at the 90th kilometer. Bürücek Plateau is a neighborhood of Akçatekir Town, which was formed by the merger of Akçaköy and Tekir Plateau. It is possible to see examples of different architectural styles as well as buildings suitable for plateau architecture, in the plateau built among pine, juniper and fruit gardens. Akçatekir Plateau Traditional Plateau Festivals are held every year on September 1.
