Cooking in a casserole is both fun and delicious. Do not put the newly purchased casserole on the fire immediately, otherwise it will be short-lived, crack, and your food will not taste good.

1- Oil the casserole well with olive oil on a suitable surface, grease every part as you absorb the oil.

2- After oiling, place the casserole in the oven and bake for 2 hours, the oil will burn on the surface of the casserole. This process is called de-glazing process. After 2 hours, remove the casserole and let it cool.

3- After the casserole has cooled, add half the water and vinegar. Leave it in vinegar water for a day.

There may be excessive smoke and steam during cooking, do not be afraid, cook and eat your meal.
