


Mushrooms contain plenty of vitamin D as nutrients and contain empty minerals and amino acids, that is, proteins. It’s very easy to make and eat. This recipe will describe mushrooms with meat for 5-6 people.
Required materials
1 kg of mushrooms, fresh mushrooms that have not darkened in color.
Half or a kilo of hair or chopped finely
3 onions
2 carrots
2-3 potatoes
half a lemon
Mint and thyme as spices
How to make
If you are a beginner like me, follow these steps exactly. I’m not saying wash them all well anymore! except onion. Do not wash the onion!
Wipe the mushrooms one by one. Do not wash the mushrooms with a wet cloth. It’s like a sponge, it absorbs all the water and your food looks nothing like it. If there are any dents, separate them.
Peel the potatoes and chop them into small pieces
Peel the carrots vertically by rubbing the sharp edge of the knife, thinly peel and cut into small pieces.
Cut the onions into small pieces
Put them all on separate plates.
Prepare the spices and salt.
Baking Process
Choose a large enough pot, the mushroom will shrink 3 times the size of its uncooked state and there will be nothing left, see pictures. Do not choose the pot too large. Pay attention to the same tips while cooking.
Place on medium-large stove.
Put some oil in the pot, not too much, and place the meat directly on top. Roast the meat until the juice comes out, stirring occasionally. The juice will come out of the meat and then it will go away in the water that comes out.
and now it’s time to add the mushrooms. After adding it, fry the mushroom in the same way until its water comes out and disappears on its own. When you first add the mushrooms, stir them so that there is no meat left at the bottom. Some mushroom juice may remain.
Then add the onion and fry for a while.
Then put potatoes, carrots and garlic. Put the spices, put 3-4 teaspoons of natural salt. If natural salt is not available, use 2 teaspoons of market salt.
Finally, add a tablespoon of lemon to remove the slight astringency from the mushrooms. This is my secret.
Place on low heat and cook, covered, for about 1 hour. Cook until the potatoes and carrots are soft.
