
Ingredients
- 200 g flower (dry) okra
- 100 g fatty lamb meat
- 3 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 5-6 glasses of water
- 3 lemons
- 1 tablespoon tail fat
- 1 tablespoon of plain oil
- salt
How It Is Made
To remove the hairs of the okra, rub it by hand on a griddle and wash it in lemon water. Boil it in boiling water with a few lemon slices and remove the strings. Meat is chopped into small pieces. Onions are chopped into cubes, tomatoes are grated. Melt the clarified butter and tail fat in a pot, and fry the onion and meat. Add grated tomatoes. Add water and salt and boil. When the water boils, add the juice of two lemons. Add okra and cook without stirring. It is served hot.
