
Ingredients
- 2 tea glasses of flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 4 glasses of water
- 1 glass of molasses
How It Is Made
Flour is placed in the pan, roasted over low heat, stirring constantly. When it starts to change color, the fire is turned off and left to cool.
Water and molasses are poured into the pot, cooled flour is added and mixed.
When the jelly boils for 3-4 minutes, the pot is removed from the stove and poured into the plate.
Melted butter and cream are poured on top and served.
