Blue Cave is 18 kilometers from Kaş and 6 kilometers from Kalkan and approximately 600 meters before reaching Kaputaş Beach. In 1972, Geologist Dr. It was discovered by Temuçin Aygen. It is 50 meters long, 40 meters wide and 15 meters high. It is a very large cave with different chambers and channels. The cave, which is divided into two as inner and outer galleries, takes its name from the blue light entering through the outer corridors. The inner galleries, which allow access to the air space, are entirely dark. Soft coral formations and diversity of living things attract attention in both the inner and outer galleries of the cave. Depending on the period, flocks of shrimp can be seen in the inner galleries. Both its depth level and structure allow divers of all levels to dive in the cave.
Blue Cave Visiting Hours: Special boat tours are organized to the region. There is no restriction on visiting days and hours.
