Sinless people will go to the heavens, and those who have sin will stay in the torment wells of the underground hells and burn in the cauldrons of boiling tar and suffer their punishment. According to the Sumerians, there are hell gods and goddesses underground. Nergâl and his wife Ereshkigâl are among the leading ones.
There is also a committee of judges in the world that determines the punishment periods and forms of criminals and how long they will burn in which hell. Sabıray, Arah, Toyer, Malahay and Tarha constitute. According to the beliefs of the shamanist Altai Turks, it is named the greatest hell (Mangistocirius). This hell is governed by a soul in the name of (Matman Kara). There is another hell, which is called (Tünken Kara Tamu). (Matman Karaca) manages this too.
Also; There is a hell called (Tepten Karates), which was governed by (Kerey Han). Again, according to Shamanists, the hell where people who have done evil in the world will be thrown to suffer torment and the tar boilers (Kazırgan) boiling there are called.
Such is the hell that the Buddhist Uighurs (Aviçi) call. On the other hand, Erlik Han, the evil god of the Altai, sends a blind man to dictate the sins of a born child. The great god Ülgen also sends Yayucı in return. He is on the right of the boy, on his left in Körmös. They do not leave until the child grows up and dies. When he dies, Körmös seizes his soul, takes it under the ground and throws it (Kazirgan). (Kazırgan) boils with tar in the cauldrons. If Körmös proves the sins of the soul he took in the presence of Erlik Han, that soul remains in the cauldrons. Yayuçi also came there together. He counts the good deeds of this soul. If the good deed is more than sin, the soul gets rid of it. If his sin is too much, he will burn according to the degree. Then it starts to rise upwards. They squeeze Yayuçi by interfering with the third floor of that spirit in the sky.Yayuçi waits for the soul to burn as much as its sin. Because the head of the soul is in the tar boiler. When it burns as much as its sin, its head comes out. Then Yayuçi from the hair on the top of the soul
and takes the soul out of the cauldron to the third heaven. He brings him together with his relatives there. He has a pleasant time in the milk lake.
