Marmaris Museum: Marmaris Museum, which has been serving since 1991, is located in the castle located in the center of the old city. In fact, the castle is also a museum with the characteristics of its architectural structure. The works are in two indoor spaces and in the garden, in the open area. Archaeological artifacts exhibited in two of the indoor halls and in the garden were collected from the region. These are amphoras, earthen lamps, glass artifacts, weapons, arrowheads, coins and ornaments belonging to the Hellenistic, Roman and Byzantine ages. In the ethnography hall, furniture, carpets, rugs, pots and pans and various kitchen utensils used in the last period of the Ottomans are exhibited. Other closed areas are used as art galleries, offices and warehouses.

Carsı Market: Located in the heart of the promenade, under the shadow of the Ottoman Castle, the Old Bazaar Market is the most suitable alternative to the covered bazaars outside the city. Sportswear, bedspreads, tablecloths and home textiles also play an important role. The Bazaar is located on G.Mustafa Muğlalı Avenue and its vicinity. It is open on Thursdays between 09.00-18.00, the best time to visit is late after that. Turkey textiles, glassware, leather, carpets, pottery, and of course is famous for its pistachio baklava and Turkish delight. Local embroidery and handicrafts are also noteworthy products of the market.

Carpet Weaving: Carpet weaving is particularly famous and exported to the whole world. The carpets are hand-woven by village women and girls.
