


Ingredients: 3 large onions, 3 peppers
2 tomatoes, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon tomato paste, 1 tablespoon oil, salt and spices
Preparation: Let’s chop the onion, pepper and peeled tomatoes. Let’s put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and heat it. First, let’s fry the onions and add the peppers that are about to turn pink. After roasting a little more, let’s add the tomatoes and tomato paste. Let’s add some water and let it cook. After it is cooked thoroughly, let’s break the egg on top and adjust the salt and spices as desired.
