Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sheep yoghurt
- 1 tea glass of rice
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of cream
- 1 egg
- 5 cups broth
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of thyme or a few sprigs of thyme
How It Is Made
Yogurt, flour, rice and eggs are put into a pot and mixed until it reaches the consistency of thick buttermilk. Let the rice sit for two hours to soften. Add the prepared ingredients, broth and a few sprigs of thyme and stir over low heat until it starts to boil. When it starts to boil, it is left to cook. Salt is added after cooking. It is placed on a serving plate. It is served hot with clotted cream on top.
Note: Goce can also be used instead of rice. If desired, chickpeas can also be added.
