How to Make Shibit Dessert
A dough as soft as an earlobe is obtained with flour, water and salt. Let it rest under a damp cloth for 10 minutes. It is divided into two equal parts, each piece is rolled out to the thickness of phyllo dough and lightly baked on a sheet metal. Baklava-shaped dough is added to the syrup prepared by adding melted butter to boiled water and sugar in a pot. It is served without waiting too long.
