
What are the Malak Ingredients?
500 g flour
1 liter of water
4 tablespoons of butter
150 g walnuts
1 bowl of molasses
How to Make Malak
The pot is placed on the fire. A liter of water and a spoon of butter are left to boil. Flour is slowly added into the boiling water. On the other hand, it is mixed quickly with a rolling pin. After all the flour is added to prevent lumps, continue cooking by stirring with a rolling pin. Then, bite-sized pieces are taken with the help of a spoon and a layer of dough and a layer of walnuts are sprinkled on the tray. The process continues until the dough runs out. Pour plenty of molasses over it, touching all sides. The remaining butter is heated in the pan and poured over it.
