How to Make Stuffed Leaves with Meat
Vine leaves are washed and boiled. If it is brine, it is kept in water for a day beforehand to remove the salt, and then washed with hot water. Preparation for: Rice, finely chopped onion, ground beef, mint, red pepper, black pepper, tomato paste, finely chopped parsley, dill and salt are mixed together. The prepared filling is placed inside the leaves and wrapped. It is placed in a pot, a drop of olive oil is placed on it, the lid is closed, and it is cooked slowly over low heat.
