
What are the ingredients of Toyga Soup?
2 cups cracked wheat
1 cup boiled chickpeas
1 cup flour
500 g strained yoghurt
1 egg
broth
Ingredients needed for the sauce:
butter
mint
red pepper
How to Make Toyga Soup
Cook 2 cups of cracked wheat and one cup of chickpeas. Add an egg, a glass of flour, salt, cracked wheat, chickpeas, broth and water into 500 g of yoghurt and cook it by mixing it on the stove. After it is cooked, butter sauce heated with mint and red pepper is poured over it.
