1.5 kg flour
1 tablespoon of oil
2 eggs

300 g minced meat

Half a teaspoon of red pepper
Half a kilo of onion

How to Make Kol Pastry
Preparation of the filling: Fry the chopped onion with 1 tea glass of oil. Then add minced meat and mix with spices and parsley. How to Make the Dough: Make a soft dough with flour, a teaspoon of salt, an egg, and a tablespoon of oil. Wrap it in a cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes. Thinly rolled phyllo dough is spread on the edge with mortar, rolled and bent into the tray. Brush it with egg, put it in the oven and cook it until golden brown.
