Alanya Castle
Alanya, which looks like a huge fair city, experiences a completely different atmosphere at sunset. Those who come to Alanya Castle in the bazaar or in front of Damlataş cave in the evening for calm, pleasant and cool trips see the Byzantine church, cisterns, castle bastions and walk on the castle walls. They are trying to raise stones to the sea from the “Man Throw Tower”, which is 250 meters above sea level, and watch the sunset. In the castle, where restoration works continue, the entrance gate of the castle is among the places that will be opened to visitors soon, which has been restored this year. Babies made of gourd, calabash rabbits, lampshades, various textiles, handcrafted embroidery and jewelry, which are made into sympathetic souvenirs from each other on the ascent and descent of the castle, attract attention.
