Koycegiz is also famous for its Sigla Tree (Daily Tree), which has only 6 tours around the world, in Japan and some parts of China. This rare tree is widely and densely found in the forests of Koycegiz Dalyan and its surrounding.

In the south of Koycegiz Lake, there is a fault line in a northwest-southeast direction. Depending on this fault, there are various hot springs known as Sultaniye, Cavus (Riza Cavus) and Gel Girme (Kokar Girme).

Prison Island

The little island of Goldeki is called Prison Island in yorede. The island has been used for military purposes before in history, then it was turned into a prison. You can see the remains of the Genoese castle. Yorede is also called Asık Adasi. The second stage in the lower section is passed with small boats called “river-kayaking” and is recommended for the first time. Children can also participate in this stage with 1 difficulty level. Dalaman Cayi, Rafting-Kayaking Sub Track starts in Demirli Bay, Akkopru area and ends at Arpacik after a distance of approximately 12 km.
