Nature Tourism: The district was established in one of the most beautiful places of the country with its forests, plateaus and lakes. “Lake Abant”, a place frequented by those living in metropolitan cities with its unique view and clean air, is within the district borders. This natural wonder, which has five-star accommodation facilities as well as one-day picnics, is 19 km away from the town.

Sülük Lake is one of the places with high tourism potential due to its untouched natural structure and intact environment. Cultural Tourism: The entire district center is a protected area and 358 buildings with special features have been registered and taken under protection. With the work initiated in 2002, exterior and roof repairs are carried out under the leadership of the local government with the “Public-Local-Private” initiative in order to transfer the unique examples of this civil architecture to the next generations.

Faith Tourism: The most visited places in the district are the Yıldırım Beyazıd Mosque and Turkish Bath and the tomb of the Halveti Sect disciples. Shahriman Feast is celebrated on the first Sunday of July and is attended by around 8 thousand people.

Health Tourism: Babas Thermal Springs, 5 km from Mudurnu. It is far away and its water is good for rheumatism, skin and gynecological diseases. There is a facility with a capacity of 18 beds (0374 421 3688). Again, 30 km from the town. Sarot thermal springs is a thermal facility with a water temperature of 67 degrees and attracts many visitors from the surrounding area.
