How It Is Made
First, eggplants, tomatoes and peppers are baked and their skins are peeled. It is thoroughly crushed with the help of a mixer, the garlic is also crushed and added to this mixture, and salt is added. The prepared mixture is placed in a glass baking dish and smoothed over with a spoon and added butter in small pieces. Cook over medium heat until golden brown.
