- What are the Ingredients for Besni Pan?
- 1 kg lamb cubed
- 1.5 kg eggplant
- 1g tomato
- 250 g green pepper
- 1 tablespoon of chili pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 glass of water
- 1 tablespoon of salt
How It Is Made
The meat is cut into cubes and roasted in oil, the eggplants are cut into dice on a large tray, then the peppers are chopped. Tomatoes are peeled and chopped, half of these chopped ingredients are placed in a bowl. Add the roasted cubed cubes to the remaining ingredients on the tray. Other chopped ingredients are added to the cubed cubes and grated garlic on top. Spices, oil, salt and water are added and placed in the oven. It is recommended to eat it with lavash bread.
