Kaygana Recipe and How to Make It – Aksaray

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tea glass of yoghurt
  • 1 tea glass of milk
  • 1 tea glass of water
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3.4 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 green onion
  • Salt Black Pepper
  • red pepper
  • oil
  • As much flour as needed

How It Is Made

Eggs, water, milk and yoghurt are whisked together, then salt, spices and finely chopped greens are added and mixed. Add flour and make it into a crepe consistency. (The consistency should be such that it spreads a little on its own when poured into the pan.) The pan is lightly oiled and heated. Pour the dough into the pan with a ladle and fry it on both sides. It is served hot.
