
Ingredients
- 1 glass of milk or water
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1.5 teaspoons of red pepper flakes
How It Is Made
First, milk is poured into the pot, then flour is poured little by little, stirring constantly, and it is cooked by stirring. When it reaches the consistency of pudding, salt is poured into it. After 2.3 minutes, remove the pot from the stove. The dolaz is divided into plates, melted butter with chili peppers is drizzled over it and served.
Note: Dolaz makes it easier for mothers as it is prepared quickly, and is enjoyed throughout the Aksaray region. Increasing or decreasing the consistency of flour varies depending on the preference of the household.
