Karistirmali Pilav – Adiyaman

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg bulgur (medium size)
  • 500 g butter
  • 2 kg chopped meat (roasted meat)
  • 100 g tomato paste (tomato paste)
  • 100 g chili pepper
  • 50g spice
  • some salt
  • How to Prepare Stir Fried Rice
  • First, roast the meat, put it in a pot, add some tomato paste, and add 1.5 liters of water to the pepper and spices. It is left to boil. After it boils, bulgur is added to it, boiled for a while and allowed to absorb its water, and served after waiting for a while.
