People who have a sleep disorder, known as narcolepsy in medicine, find it difficult to keep up with daily life.

In this situation, the brain that needs to sleep wakes up suddenly and the muscles are asleep. The person observes this paralysis on himself and even if he has a great panic, he can never move. Although it is not known exactly why it happens, it explains that people with sleep disorders may be stressful if they are frequently experienced during periods of high stress. It is said that people who use medication may have side effects. Among the reasons, it is known that the position of lying asleep can cause and occurs after a heavy meal at night.

In order not to experience sleep paralysis or to minimize its causes, some points should be paid attention to. The place where sleep will be used must be dark. Sleeping in a lighted environment will reduce sleep quality as well as trigger sleep paralysis.

Regular sleep is essential for sleep quality. At least 7-8 hours of sleep a day is required. Sleep paralysis and many other disorders are inevitable in people who sleep less than this hour. Regular and quality sleep prevents all problems.

People with sleep paralysis are more likely to experience hallucinations. It is not possible to have it in every individual. In some situations and people, it is possible to experience situations such as feeling flying and rising to the ceiling in sleep paralysis. The reason for this is that the middle brain is vigilant and dominant during sleep paralysis.
