Fish Soup: Half a kilo of red snapper is boiled in water and cooked, then cleaned of bones. In a bowl, whisk two egg yolks with the juice of two lemons. On the other hand, one tablespoon of flour, two tablespoons of olive oil are mixed in the pan over the fire until the flour and oil turn quince yellow.
Add the scrambled lemon and egg to the mixture, which is slowly added to the boiled fish water. While boiling it with the cleaned fish, a bunch of parsley is chopped into it and stirred for another 3 minutes. Then it is taken off the fire.
