West America, Santa Maria

We left Arizona slowly, with the pleasure of seeing another wonder of nature. We passed through the state of California on our way to San Francisco, our last stop and a city I expected most, prepared for, and probably love. We also wanted to see Yosemite Valley, one of America’s largest natural parks, unfortunately, the road would get longer and we would be more likely to stay at the mountainside at night. As the group leader, I objected, because San Francisco wouldn’t end in a day. We did a fresh California tour through the lettuce and cabbage gardens and stayed in Santa Maria, California’s Bodrum.

I don’t know if I need to say again, sea countries are places I love. At least a water flows through the edges of my favorite places. I also liked Santa Maria very much. Its people are warm and foreigners do not find it odd. As soon as we got up in the morning, we went to the famous Avila beach. After looking at the tiny souvenir shops around, we walked beautifully towards the ocean. While I was wondering why so many people take sunbathing on the beach, I saw the sign “Attention shark” while I was saying “they don’t know their joys again, they don’t understand swimming”. So they knew something.

Because of time poverty and sharks, we did not prolong our sea pleasure and proceeded to San Francisco.
