public market

The public market, which is held every Sunday from 08:00 in the morning, is open until 17:00 in the evening. If you throw a needle between 10 and 12, which are the busiest hours, it will not hit the ground. In the public market, which is especially popular with British tourists, you can find many touristic products as well as natural fruits and vegetables grown in the region.

Jeep Safari Tours

You can join a jeep safari tour one day. Agencies take a nature-safari tour on dirt roads in jeeps, forming a convoy one after the other. Pisilis Ancient City

Pisilis Ancient City is the only ancient settlement within the borders of Sarıgerme. The city is currently under the beach and park area within the borders of İberotel Sarıgerme Park. You can see many house ruins and city walls from the top. It is thought that the word pisilis is of Luwian or Carian origin, but was changed by the Hellenes.

Most likely, this name means “Pine Passage” or “Bosphorus Passage”. Strabo mentioned this place as just a city between Kaunos and Kalynda. It is thought that the city was founded by the Lelegs. As a matter of fact, it is seen that additions were made to the Leleg-type city walls ruins on the hill thought to be the Acropolis in the Archaic and Classical ages. These are proof that the history of Pisilis goes back to ancient times.

In addition, the stone workmanship of the walls reveals that they have very close similarities with the walls of Myndos. During the Roman period, the settlement extended to the seashore. However, during the Arab raids, the people living here had to take shelter in the acropolis again.

This ancient city can be visited with a special permit obtained from İberotel Sarıgerme Park Authorities.

Sarigerme Baba Island

Baba Island is the symbol of the Sarıgerme coast and Sarıgerme. The distance of the island, which acts as a natural breakwater, to the coast is around 650 meters. The side of the island facing Sarıgerme is a sheltered shelter for yachts embarking on a blue voyage. The south-facing side of the island is a unique place for diving enthusiasts. You can go to the island by swimming or by boat on the beach.

There is no settlement on the island. Olive trees and an ancient building attract our attention. It is estimated that it was used as a surveillance or dungeon. Rabbits living on the island caused this place to be pronounced as Rabbit Island for a while.

Gocek and 12 Islands Tour

Göcek, 25 minutes from Sarıgerme. It is a charming holiday resort famous for its beautiful bays and islands. Göcek, one of the places frequented by the world’s jet set, has made a name for itself with the islands owned by many famous families in Türkiye. Simavi family and Zorlu family are the most well-known of them. Gocek Tours start every morning at 09:00 with pick-up from your hotel. After a 25-minute journey, you arrive at Göcek port.

While you drink the apple tea that Ali Kaptan offers you, the magnificent atmosphere of Göcek will surround your soul. Our boat takes approximately 45 minutes of swimming breaks in different bays of Göcek (Büyükova, Hurmalı, Cleopatra, Akvarum, Tersane Island) and finally stops at Yassıcalar Islands. Here, you can sip your ice-cold ayran while eating your delicious pancakes under the hair tents.

Yassıcalar is a collection of cute islands with a sandy beach and a small pond for those who cannot swim. If you want, you can climb the hill and take photos of the real turquoise sea.

Dalyan Boat Tour

This tour starts at 09:00 with your pick-up from the hotel. Our guests first arrive at Dalyan port, where you board our boats. After a journey of approximately 5 minutes, we arrive at Dalyan mud baths. We become 10 years younger by applying sulfur mud in world-famous mud baths. After a romantic boat ride on Köyceğiz Lake, we go to our restaurant to have lunch.

After the meal, our guide, who tells about the famous Dalyan Rock Tombs, will tell you the story of Kaunos and Babyliss. After passing through the labyrinthine channels of Dalyan, you will meet Ali and Ayşe before arriving at Iztuzu beach. Caretta Caretta turtles living in the Ail and Ayşe Dalyan channels. Fethiye Kayaköy Ölüdeniz Tour

Our journey starts at 09:00 like our other tours. Before arriving in Fethiye, there is a 15-minute photo break at Katrancı Bay. First, the public market where the largest tourist souvenirs of the region are sold. After a 1-hour shopping break, we go to the area where King Amintas’ tomb is located. We arrive in Kayaköy after our guide explains the history of the region.

After our delicious lunch, we visit Kayaköy, an old Greek settlement, with our guide. After a journey of approximately 20 minutes, we arrive in Ölüdeniz.
