Adrasan is connected to Antalya’s Kumluca district and became a town in 1996. It has an interesting bay covered with pine trees. There are reverse winds from the land to the sea and that is why the sailboats could not enter this bay in the past years when the wind power was dominant, and they carried the traces of civilization to the ports of Olympos, Phaselis and Antalya. The name Adrasan comes from Greek and the town is also known as Çavuşköy with its new name. The floor of the bay, which is leaning against the Beydaglari, is sand and the sea is shallow and its surroundings are full of interesting natural beauties that are not roadways. It is a unique track for those who are interested in water sports. In the region where the sea water temperature is high and the season is long, the clear sea creates sufficient conditions for diver and underwater photographers who have an underwater visibility of almost 29 meters.
