
Ingredients
- 1 tea glass of wheat starch
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar (preferably molasses)
- 4 glasses of water
How It Is Made
Add wheat starch to cold water and stir. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring to avoid lumps, and pour it onto a tray. After it cools down, it is cut into baklava shapes. In a separate bowl, dilute the molasses with some water and pour it over the pudding. It is served cold. Cinnamon is used for decoration.
