
Ingredients
- 6 eggplants
- 1 cup of oil
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 kg. mutton from ribs
- black pepper, salt
How It Is Made
Eggplants are peeled in various colours. It is divided into three lengthwise. It is again divided into three horizontally. Lightly fry in hot oil in a pan and place on a tray. Add tomatoes peeled and cut into rings. The rib meat boiled in a little water is placed on top along with its broth. Add salt and black pepper. The meat is cooked in the oven until it browns and absorbs its juices. Serve hot.
