Roll out 3 pieces separately, the size of a tray, using a rolling pin. Place the rolled out dough on a greased tray. The 1st and 2nd sheets of dough are oiled and sprinkled with walnuts. Place the third sheet of dough and grease it with melted butter. It is roasted by turning it on the stove. After the bottom of the pastry is fried, the top is fried in the same way and served.
