Kabak Cirpma Yemegi Recipe and How to Make It – Amasya

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of zucchini
  • 1 medium onion
  • 150 g minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tea glass of rice
  • Salt-black pepper-water-red pepper

How It Is Made

Onion and minced meat are roasted in a pan. Add tomato paste and rice. Zucchinis cut into rings are arranged on the pan and the ingredients prepared above are laid out on top and between them. Add black pepper, salt, red pepper, 1 tea glass of water and cook over low heat. NOTE: If desired, pour over garlic yoghurt.
