How to Make Bulgur Pilaf with Crocus Onion
Put plain oil in a suitable pot and heat it without burning it. About 30 peeled and peeled crocus onions are placed in this oil, killed for about 5 minutes before frying, and transferred to a plate with a slotted spoon. Add bulgur to the hot oil in the pot and stir fry. Boiling broth, tomato paste, salt, black pepper and crocus roots taken into the plate are added to the roasted bulgur, boiled for a while, and then cooked over high heat until the bulgur has completely absorbed its water. Once the rice has absorbed its water, stir it with a wooden spoon, let it steep on low heat for 15 minutes, then serve it on a plate.
