
What are the Ingredients for Writing Donuts?
1 kilogram of flour
1 cup of oil
Half pack of margarine
1 cup of yoghurt
1 pack of yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
2-3 glasses of water
salt
How to Make Writing Buns
Flour, yoghurt, yeast, salt and oil are kneaded with as much water as possible. The dough, which has the consistency of an earlobe, is left for 1 hour to rest. After the dough rests, it is divided into 3 chards. Each bicep is rolled out thinly with the help of a rolling pin. 3 chards are placed on top of each other, greased in between, and folded. After the folding process is completed, it is opened to the size of the greased tray, placed on the tray and the top is oiled. Then yoghurt is spread on it and placed in the hot oven. Bake until golden brown. It is served when the cooking process is completed.
