
What are the Ingredients for Rice with Meat?
2 kg rice
500 g pieces of boiled meat
200 g butter
1 tea glass of oil
1 tea glass of noodles
How to Make Rice with Meat
Rice is sorted and placed in a bowl. Add some salt, soak it with hot water and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Put butter and oil in a shallow bowl and melt. Add the noodles and fry until they turn pink. Then the rice is drained and washed. Rice is placed on the vermicelli and roasted over low heat. Roast for 20 minutes until the oil is absorbed. Then, cover the rice with hot water, turn the heat down to low and let it brew.
