How It Is Made
Flour is sifted. Prepare a soft dough by adding 2 eggs, salt and water. Sprinkle flour on the bottom and top of the rested dough and roll it out wide. Finely crushed walnuts and oil are spread on the flour. The dough is wrapped in the form of a roll. Both ends are closed. The rolled dough is divided into 6 equal parts. Each piece is stretched by hand and wrapped around its own axis to make it round. It is rolled out into a round shape with a diameter of 15 cm by pressing it by hand on a greased surface. It is served by frying in hot oil. It is preferred in winter months because it is difficult to digest and has a very high energy value.
