
Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 2 glasses of water,
- 250 g fresh cream
- salt
How It Is Made
Flour and water are made into dough. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes and roll it out into small round shapes with a rolling pin. Add a teaspoon of cream in between and cover. It is cooked in a pan over low heat. It is served again by adding clotted cream on top.
