
Ingredients
- 1 bowl of medium size yoghurt
- 1 handful of rice
- 1-2 spoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of mint
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 6 glasses of water
How It Is Made
Washed and sorted rice is thrown into boiling water and cooked until the rice becomes soft. On the other hand, add flour into the yoghurt and mix well. Slowly add it to the rice water, turning it around. Frying continues until it boils. After boiling for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat, and when it is to be served, add red pepper flakes and mint, sautéed in slightly heated butter.
