How It Is Made
The ingredients are kneaded with warm water. Wait for the yeast to swell. Let it rest for 1-1.5 hours. The dough is divided into two. One of them is spread on a greased tray. Mortar is placed in the middle. The other one is spread on the mortar. It is closed in the form of a bundle inside the dough tray. It is left to ferment for a while in the tray. After the dough has risen, apply egg yolk on it. It is fried in the oven. It is served by slicing.
