Keskek Yemegi Traditional Recipe – Agri

Ingredients

  • 1.250 g crushed wheat
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 heads of onion
  • 500 g boneless meat
  • a tablespoon of table salt

How It Is Made

Oil is poured into the pan, left on the fire, tomato paste is thrown into the melted oil and mixed. When the room is ready, chopped onion is thrown into it and mixed, then crushed wheat is thrown into the oil, while it starts to boil, the meat cut into small pieces is brought to a state close to the doneness level with water, the meat with the water poured is thrown into the crushed wheat we have prepared, salt is added and mixed, when it reaches the consistency, it is removed from the heat and served hot.
