Ingredients
- One and a half cups of fine bulgur
- Half a glass of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 grated onion
- 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
- For the sauce
- 2 onions
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of butter
How It Is Made
Add enough hot water to cover the fine bulgur and let it swell. Add half a glass of flour, egg, onion and tomato paste and knead all the ingredients. Tear off hazelnut-sized pieces and roll them in your palm to form meatballs. Boil the meatballs you prepared in hot water and place them on a serving plate with a colander. Pour yoghurt on it. On the other side, fry finely chopped onion and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste in butter. Pour the sauce over the yoghurt and serve.
