
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg boned or boneless lamb meat
- potato
- butter
- salt
How It Is Made
Meat, butter, 5-6 glasses of water are added and placed in the pot. Allow to boil over medium heat. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook until the meat becomes soft. Then add potatoes and salt, whole or in pieces. Cook until the potatoes become soft and serve hot.
