
What are the Ingredients for Vegetable Casserole?
2 kilograms of lamb cubes or meat with bones
Half a kilogram of okra
Half a kilogram of eggplant
2 medium onions
4 tomatoes
2 green peppers
10 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon butter
salt
How to Make Vegetable Casserole
Eggplants are peeled in wavy waves and kept in salt water. It is then divided into four and chopped. Place it in the casserole and add the cleaned okra and peeled garlic. On the other hand, cubed meat or meat with bones is cooked in a little water. Add onion roasted in a tablespoon of butter, peeled and diced tomatoes and finely chopped peppers. Cook all together on low heat for 5 minutes. It is then poured over the vegetables in the casserole and placed in the oven to cook.
