The examples of Greek and Turkish civil architecture, which are the traces of this life that has been going on in Altınoluk since the past, are the most important witnesses of our cultural accumulation. In 1991, 36 buildings were registered in Altınoluk village, which was declared as an Urban Site by the Bursa Cultural and Natural Heritage Preservation Board. The development plan for protection, which covers a significant part of the village, has been in effect since 1994. Although some important mansions (Abdullah Efendi Mansion, etc.) have been restored, generally registered buildings await immediate restoration. Altinoluk Antandros Amphitheater, which is located on the southern skirt of the village and included in the protected area, is a very important culture and art space, which was started in 1994 and finished in 1997.
