Kuruluk Dolmasi – Adiyaman

Ingredients

  • 10 peppers (dried from summer)
  • 10 eggplants (dried from summer)
  • 10 zucchinis (dried from summer)
  • 10 cucumbers (dried from summer)
  • 1 kg of rice
  • 2 tablespoons of pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon sumac sour
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 glass of olive oil
  • salt

How It Is Made

After the rice soaked in hot water is washed and drained, it is mixed with other ingredients in a basin. It is filled with previously boiled and washed stuffing material. It is placed in a pot and cooked by adding enough water.
