
Ingredients
- 10 peppers (dried from summer)
- 10 eggplants (dried from summer)
- 10 zucchinis (dried from summer)
- 10 cucumbers (dried from summer)
- 1 kg of rice
- 2 tablespoons of pepper paste
- 1 teaspoon sumac sour
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- 1 glass of olive oil
- salt
How It Is Made
After the rice soaked in hot water is washed and drained, it is mixed with other ingredients in a basin. It is filled with previously boiled and washed stuffing material. It is placed in a pot and cooked by adding enough water.
