How It Is Made
Egg-sized pieces are taken from the dough, made into meringue and rolled out to 1 millimeter thickness with a rolling pin. The filling material is placed on half of the circle, the other half is covered on top, and the ends are pressed together. It is cooked upside down on a hot sheet. If desired, spread butter or margarine on top and eat hot.
