Keledos Recipe – Agri

Keledoş, one of the most famous dishes of Ağrı, is made with crushed wheat. Keledosh, a wonderful spice-based dish that can be eaten with or without hot food, is one of the indispensable dishes of the people of Ağrı.

Ingredients

  • roasted meat
  • Half a glass of chickpeas
  • 1 glass of water (Pounded)
  • Half a glass of green lentils
  • Two handfuls of white beets
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cups dried

How It Is Made

Chickpeas and chickpeas are left to boil in a pot. Green lentils are added when they are almost cooked, and after they are all cooked, white beetroot and roasted meat are added. Boil for 10-15 minutes. The ingredients are cooked thoroughly, the crushed dried fruit is poured into the boiling pot and cooked until it reaches the consistency of pudding. It is taken off the stove, butter is placed on it, this butter melts with the heat of the food, and then it is served.
