Eriste Recipe and How to Make It – Aksaray

Ingredients

  • 2 cups noodles
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How It Is Made

Salt, olive oil and noodles are poured into boiling water, mixed and boiled.

When the noodles are cooked, the pot is removed from the stove, 2 glasses of water are poured over it and the dough is put into the strainer.

The noodles are placed in a swervis plate, melted butter is drizzled on top and served.
