15 kg of granulated sugar
15 kg carrots
1.5 kg of starch
50 g lemon salt
How to Make Carrot Delight
Boiled carrots are finely ground through the machine and starch, sugar and lemon salt are added. After boiling, it is poured into Turkish delight pans, left to rest for a day, then cut. It is ready for packaging by coating it generously with finely ground coconut.
