
Ingredients
- 2 cups oil
- 1 kg. flour
- 100 gr. butter
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- salt
- As much warm water as possible
How It Is Made
Place the flour in a deep bowl and add the ingredients. A dough with the consistency of lokma dough is prepared with water. It is left to ferment for 1 hour. A ladle of this dough is poured onto a sheet heated by a wood fire and spread immediately. It is cooked upside down. Once placed on the tray, it is oiled. (If desired, desired ingredients can be added. It is eaten by dipping it in molasses. Another name for this dish is Crepe.
